Similar to other roles, the opportunity for Scrum Master is boundless. Do not limit yourselves or see from the prism of the organization you are working. Even within your organization where you might think that you have hit the ceiling or your growth opportunity is limited, this is not true.
Let’s break the glass ceiling, both metaphorically and literally. If you are confused about your career progression , you should be happy to know that there are multiple career path for the Scrum Master even within your organization even if you think that no other role is available for you. Depending upon company-to-company or upon the individuals and their skills following are some career path that Scrum Masters can follow
If your role is Program Manager or Program and Project Manager your career graph can follow following trajectory as well even if you are working as Scrum Master currently.
